Maximize Your Training Investment
“Executive coaching increases integration of training programs by 88%. Training programs alone increase productivity by 22%. Coaching initiatives included goal setting, collaborative problem solving, practice, feedback, supervisory involvement, evaluation of end results, and a public presentation.” (Public Personnel Management; Olivero, Bane, & Kopeirnan, 1997.)

GCA strongly recommends providing coaching support as an adjunct to your training initiatives. Adults learn best through hands-on experience. Coaching provides a context for training to be successfully integrated and emerge as applied skills in the workplace.

Training alone is simply information. Practice leads to knowledge integration.
