European Based Coaches

Bernd Reichert-Berg
Bernd's most striking gift is his ability to detect individual potential and engage a person in a developmental process that uses this potential to achieve corporate goals. This is how he turns day-to-day teams into high-performance teams and contributes to an increase in corporate performance. He focuses on creating a workplace where clear and honest communication can take place and will cause momentum within the organization. His consulting and training style and skills are clearly pragmatic, results-oriented, and above all strongly anchored in his professional experience in sales and marketing. He is a strong ally in designing and implementing measures that lead to bottom-line results.

Bernd is one of few who feels at home with all hierarchical levels, and uses his unconventional wisdom to bring people of the most different backgrounds to reach extraordinary results together. He is quickly accepted as a natural mediator in conflicts and as a corporate confidante.

Bernd started his career at the Standard Elektrik Lorenz corporation in Stuttgart (now Alcatel) and in his 15 years career there has subsequently filled positions as a Sales Director, Marketing Director and Business Unit Director. He then assumed the position of Business Unit Director for the Deutsche Telekom Technikniederlassung in Offenburg, and turned the business unit into the most profitable Telekom Unit in Germany. He was chairman of a print and engineering company in the south of Germany, a member of the board of the directors of T-Online International AG, and sat on several management supervisory boards. He now works as an independent consultant where he focuses on making companies more efficient through executive training and coaching. He lives in Möglingen, Germany.
